Product Recall: Organic Bulk Walnuts

Gibson Farms, Inc. has voluntarily recalled organic bulk walnuts because of potential E. coli O157:H7 contamination.

These walnuts were sold through retail bulk departments in multiple states. Out of an abundance of caution, Skagit Valley Food Co-op has widened the purchase date range: 12/1/23 to 4/24/24. Customers who have purchased organic bulk walnuts are urged to discard them. The Co-op has discarded the potentially affected walnut bulk stock and has taken appropriate action to clean and sanitize bulk bins.  

PLEASE NOTE: We do not use Gibson Farms walnuts in any of our Co-op Made Deli & Bakery foods.

You may return product purchased at the Co-op for a full refund.
